Where exactly do you place the container?

Any spot our truck can safely access — your driveway, the side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which way you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.

How many days can I keep it?

Every container comes with seven days. If you need more time, just call or text before the scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.

Is same-day delivery available?

In most cases, yes — place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we'll add you to that afternoon's route. Orders after 1pm go out on the first run the following morning.

What materials are allowed in the container?

General household items, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.

Does Framingham require a permit?

Not if the container sits on your own driveway. If it needs to go on a public road, the town requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the exact office to contact.
